    Yes, is the short answer. It keeps in the freezer for about a month, possibly a little longer. The best way to do this is to freeze it is in air tight containers and as soon as it has been cooked. If you don’t have an air tight contained wrap the rice in cling film, and then store in a freezer bag. Don’t forget to write the use by date on the bag. To use, open the container or unwrap and reheat in the microwave. – Oily Rag Ed.

    Yes, definitely. Just sprinkle it with a little bit of water when you reheat. I’ve frozen both white and brown rice this way for a number of years and it’s always come out fine.
