Wanted to make lemon and cream cheese icing for my Banana cake. By mistake bought sour cream. Oh dear! Anyway had to make do. Here is my recipe and tip. 1 small potle of sour cream, zest of one lemon, a few drops of the lemon juice and then add the icing sugar. Wow! It was even better than the original cream cheese icing and definitely cheaper.
